Assistance with Cancer Medication

Free assistance with the purchase of Medication for Patients suffering with Cancer. All indivduals are considered on different bases and the approval process is determined by the documentation provided. Please refer to the Service Page for required documentation. There are no specific times or dated to submit a request for assistance you are welcome to contact us by any menthod of communication by clicking the Contach Us.

 Free Hygiene Supplies and Clothing

~Hygiene Supply kits available recieved withing 24 hours after request. 

~As clothing become available date and times will be posted.

Annual School supply giveaway date to be announced.

Fundraising & Entertainment Event's

Spring Flinga

~Saturday, May 31, 2014 - (2pm - 6pm) Everything $1 Donation for Food and Beverages. Free fun and games, Volley ball tournament, Children Dance Contest, Bouncers, Tug a War, Face Painting and Music.

Community Fun DayS

~Saturday, June 28, 2014 - (2pm - 6pm) Free Hot dogs all, Free popcorn and Juice to children. All cost/donations from adults will be allocated towards our continued service to the community as well as our annual back to school supply giveaway. There will be a clown, horse, music, games, face painting and bouncer.

Community Fundraiser

~Saturday, July 26, 2014 - (1pm - 5pm) Fundraising for a cause. Gain donations by hosting a car wash, selling beverages, and BBQ - This fundraiser is to bring in funds to continue the services we provide all funds are allocated equal amongs our service we provide.

Fundraising Dinner & Auction

~Saturday, August 9, 2014 - (5pm - 9:30pm). Electronic will be auctioned off as well as raffled off. Donation Funds from the auction and raffle are allocated 50/50 to Cancer Patient Medication and Hunger Relief. all

 

 

Christmas for the children

~Annual Christmas celebration and Gift date to be announced. Families are able to start signing up as of October 1, 2014 by clicking the contact us button. The requirements are the same as the Government phone requirements listed on our service page unless you and your family currently reside in a shelter. Individuals residing in a shelter automatically qualify.

~We will also schedule Christmas dinner for the community date to be announced.
